Summary
Insight is our customer portal that will allow you to manage your account and use some of the Kontomatik API features. You can view the end-user data manually, check your API usage statistics and configure your API access.
How to access
The Insight platform is available here: https://insight.kontomatik.com/
To create the first Insight account in your organization, you have to go through the following steps:
- Sign an agreement with Kontomatik (as per Getting API access)
- In a couple of days you should get a registration email from Insight
- Within 7 days use the link from the email to go to the Insight registration page
- Install an app on your phone for two-factor authentication authentication (2FA)
- Fill in the registration information and set up the 2FA with the QR code visible on the page
As soon as you register, you will be able to invite your co-workers to the Insight portal and choose their user privileges as per this guide.
Insight features
The Insight platform supports the following:
- Reviewing imported end-user data:
- Owner information
- List of accounts and transactions
- Labels assigned to transactions (optional)
- Owner scoring (optional)
- Uploading bank statements in PDF format (optional)
- Adding users to get Insight access within your organization
- Managing users’ roles
- Viewing API usage statistics and downloading a list of performed actions
- Whitelisting your server IPs and generating API keys
